Yoga for Beginners
Keep the body moving, flexible, and strong while uplifting your sense of health and wellbeing. A class for those who want to get back into physical activity and explore the benefits that yoga has to offer. Gentle yoga stretches, breathing, and relaxation are enjoyed during this course.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and/or blanket. It is recommended not to eat two hours before class.
About the Tutor:
‘Krsnangi brings a wealth of life experience in yogic living to her yoga classes and has been teaching yoga for over 30 years. Trained in Hatha Yoga, counselling and energy healing her classes have a holistic approach and she focuses on inspiring students to their fullest life potential. Her gentle and playful nature makes the classes fun, uplifting and inclusive. Krsnangi is also trained in trauma sensitive yoga practice.’

- To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
- All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
