Learning Outcomes:
In this workshop you will learn how to massage the muscles of the back, how to identify muscle spasms, how to massage tired and tight shoulders and how to relax sore and aching feet.

About the tutor:
Christine Gilfeather-Bracken is a professional Massage Therapist and owner of Southern Sports & Health Massage in The Sutherland Shire. Christine has over 30 years experience in the health industry and was instrumental in bringing the massage industry into the modern health care arena. Christine has a very impressive CV including Massage Therapist for The Australian Cricket Team, South Sydney Rabbitho’s and the Cronulla Sharks and many many professional athletes.
Christine’s passion for the health industry is evident with her extensive knowledge of the human body and her continued professional education and training. Christine’s passion for learning extends into her deep interest and enthusiasm for teaching people about the amazing massage therapy industry.

To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.

Public Transport
From Jannali Station walk to the West side along Jannali railway (heading towards Sutherland), the fourth street on the right is Louise Street. Jannali Centre is at the end of Louise Street

Accessible toilet and ground floor wheelchair access available Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, see Reception for directions to room. After hours and weekends look for the Site Co-ordinator for room directions. Onsite Cafe open Monday to Friday 8:00am-3:00pm, Sat 8:30am – 1:30pm. Outside these hours there are drink/snack vending machines onsite.
