What you need to know about this course:
- New students are expected to attend a mandatory college orientation before course commencement. Orientation times and dates will be advised after enrolment.
- Classes commence at the beginning of week 1 of each school term
- There is no training during school holidays
- Students will be accepted into the class throughout the term
- Private Facebook groups are used to share resources and learning

Course entry requirements:
- There are no formal entry requirements for this course
- Unique Student Identifier (can be arranged through SGSCC)
- Sufficient English language, literacy and numeracy to complete the course (ACSF Level 3)
- Pre-existing technology skills to access and navigate the internet and be able to create, open and save electronic files
- Confidence to work independently
- A desire to work in an administrative support role in an office environment
- An interest in working with others
- Minimum 15 years of age
Do you need to complete any work placement hours?

Will you need to sit for any exams?
- No. This is a competency-based course
