Creative Journalling
Creative journaling is an expressive and fun way to keep a visual record of the exciting events, thoughts, and other experiences in your life. This course will guide you in using colours, lines, shapes, and words to express feelings that might be difficult to put into words alone. Whether you’re setting goals, reflecting on your day, or recording dreams and emotions, creative journaling provides a safe and imaginative space to unleash your creativity. Each page becomes a work of art, full of memories, incorporating poems, drawings, photos, and more.
