Dance Yourself Fit for Seniors - Between Terms
Keep active, stay fit, strengthen muscles and build strong bones with this fun dance fitness class. Have fun with low impact moves that are gentle on the bones. You will be dancing, laughing and clapping to great music with simple easy moves. This class is for beginners.
What to bring:
Please bring water, a towel and wear comfortable clothing.
About the Tutor:
"With a Ballroom and Latin dancing as my passion since I was 5 years old, I love sharing a variety of dance styles with students of all ages. I have completed the highest exam awards in Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue, competed for years in WA and travelled interstate and overseas, and I have been teaching Ballroom and Latin for over 10 years, Zumba for 8 years and Konga for 3! It is still something that I love to do and share with others." Kara

- To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
- All courses need a minimum number of students to run (“we try our hardest to get those”) . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
