Join us for a powerful 5-hour Thrive Breathwork Workshop designed to help you harness the power of your breath to transform your life. Course Outline:

1. Introduction to Breathwork:

  • Learn the basics of breathwork and its impact on mental, emotional, and physical health.

2. Understanding Stress and the Nervous System:

  • Explore how stress affects the body and mind and discover how breathwork can regulate the nervous system.

3. Emotional Regulation Through Breath:

  • Techniques to manage emotions effectively and maintain balance during challenging situations.

4. Creating Healthy Boundaries, Habits, and Goals:

  • Develop strategies for setting boundaries, establishing supportive habits, and creating actionable goals to support your personal growth.

5. Mini Breathwork Journey:

  • Engage in a guided breathwork journey to deepen your practice and integrate what you’ve learned.

  • Discuss key takeaways and how to apply breathwork tools in daily life.

  • Yoga Mat or Cushion: To sit or lie on during the breathwork practices.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the workshop.
  • Journal and Pen: For reflections and note-taking.
  • Open Mind: Be ready to explore new techniques and embrace personal growth.

About the Tutor:

'Chris, the founder of Reset Within and CM Wellness, is a compassionate and experienced Wellness Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with over 12 years of experience. His personal journey of healing after a serious accident led him to discover the transformative power of breathwork. Now, Chris uses his natural gift for connecting mind and body to create a powerful healing space for others. He is dedicated to helping you release past traumas, connect deeply with your inner guidance, and uncover your true purpose. In his safe and supportive sessions, you’ll feel truly seen, heard, and understood as you unlock your potential and bring clarity to your life’s path.'

  • To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
  • All courses need a minimum number of students to run ("we try our hardest to get those") . If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled before the commencement and you will be informed.
