Yoga for Men - Taster
The class will give you a relaxing and uplifting yoga session, also inform you on the benefits of yoga. Emphasis on improving your flexibility, balance and general body strength.
The class is structured so it’s suitable for beginners, those that have been out of practice and those that just want to try out the class.
We start a class with grounding, breath work, a warm up, we then take the class into a series of postures. We encourage the use of props such as a chair or the wall as required. The class is completed with breathwork, relaxation and easy meditation.

- Wind down with breath work
- Relaxation and mediation

What to bring:
- Bottle of water
- Yoga Mat
- We suggest that a students does not eat for at least 2 hours prior to a class
