My career has been in girls’ education at an Independent Private School that upholds very high standards of education, values and character. I aimed to shape responsible contributing citizens in society and encourage an inquiring mind and help students to be discerning users of information.

I was responsible for the education and whole character development of students ranging in ages from 7 to 13 years of age. I delivered extra curriculum activities in addition to classroom teaching and guided, mentored and supervised students through many outdoor adventuring and educational camps. I have won National Educational competitions that students entered and attended many National conferences, delivering findings to staff members. I have further worked with Tertiary Institutions, supervising adult practicum students in their Undergraduate Courses. I have experience with non-English Speaking Cultures, showing sensitivity to cultural expectations and norms.

My work is of the highest caliber, being thorough and always checking for better ways and improvements. Being a mother of three children has given me valuable life lessons and broadened my experiences of human nature, circumstances and the need to employ flexibility due to uncertain and changing times.
